RedBox!

Can you believe it! There's a Redbox outside the Maverick gas station on Main Street in Lovell! Hallelujah Brother!! I was so elated to hear the news I nearly slipped off my swim board. We were in the pool and I was swimming along talking to Agnes when she mentioned she got True Grit the other night. Civilization just got a little closer! You know me, I am the biggest movie fan! And it isn't easy keeping up out here in the sticks!

But yesterday I stopped and got 2 movies. One for me and one for Dad.

The King's Speech

and Red Riding Hood.

Can you guess which one was for me and which one was for him?

OH my goodness!!! That is fantastic!! Sure beats paying 4.50 per day!! I remember that experience at the video store. Ridiculous!!! We figured the price was for a couple of days at least so when we went to check out with our 4 movies.. we had to rethink if we would be able to watch them all in the next 24 hours!! INSANE!! SO how were the movies?

Rachel, We liked Red Riding Hood enough to add it to our collection. I don't know if it's because Dad has a thing for Amanda Seyfried or because it was a weird twisted gothic fairy tale. The King's Speech had extremely good acting and set design and was interesting because it was a based on a true event..but I don't like royalty very much. They are so stodgy and arrogant. Even if it's not their fault. I probably won't watch it again.

And Martha, as you can tell by the above, you got it right!
