Hi Everyone. I'm sitting at the kitchen table watching the timer so I don't forget about the pie crust in the oven. I fixed Dad breakfast this morning--a veggie omelet with avocado, salsa and sour cream atop--and he asked me if I wanted to take a picture before he ate it. It was pretty. And I'm sorry I didn't do it. I was preoccupied with the tart I was making.
