Hi Everyone. I am sitting somewhat precariously on a pallet on a lift about 30 feet off the ground or more, painting the eaves of the roof on the house. Concentrating. Painting is the theme for June and July. When, what, where, if, how and when, again. There is so much painting to be done, inside and out, that it seems like almost everything needs a coat of paint. Porches, windows, siding, facings, ceilings, walls, posts, shutters, trim, moldings, baseboards, doors. The few items of clothing I have are paint spattered. And my glasses have little specks on them. Not to mention my arms, legs, hands, elbows, and even hair. But I love painting. At least I love the finished product of the painting. What a difference a couple of coats of paint makes!
Tomorrow we get to paint inside! The entire upstairs. The downstairs on Tuesday. Wish us luck!

Painting is a ton of work, but always (ok, usually) worth it in the end. Looks like you guys are working hard! I hope you're able to finish soon...we can't wait for you to come back this way. Fallon's making so many new sounds and has started pulling herself up! I posted a video of her make-shift crawl...it's very entertaining to say the least.
